The Rotary Club of Anseong-East brought along with them school supplies from Korea and these were distributed to the indigent school children of Iloilo River Plains Integrated School. Around 250 pupils received an assorted of school supplies such as pens, crayons, markers, notebooks and books.
Rotary Library at Sara

Folding beds & wheelchairs
What started as a Typhoon Haiyan rebuilding project in Iloilo, Philippines has become a dream come true for the 1,200 primary school children at Sara Central Elementary School on October 14, 2016.
Dugong Rotary 2016
The Rotary Club of Metro Iloilo donated and turned over twenty (20) folding beds and two (2) wheelchairs to the Dr. Pedro G. Trono Memorial Hospital in Guimbal and the Ramon Tabiana Memorial Hospital in Cabatuan on September 14, 2016.

Rotarians conducted a bloodletting project dubbed “Dugong Rotary” at the Rep. Pedro Trono Memorial District Hospital, Guimbal, Iloilo on 19 August 2016.
Wall Fans for Classrooms
The Rotary Club of Metro Iloilo turned over 10 Hill-Rom Advanta Electric Hospital Beds with Zoneaire Mattress to the provincial government for the use of Ramon D. Duremdes District Hospital in Dumangas.
Children’s Party 2016
The club turned over 8 wall fans (2 each for 4 classrooms) to Balabag Jibao-an Elementary School in Pavia on July 8, 2016. The wall fans were personally donated by District Governor Ronnie Gabalda.
Our RCC Success Story
Past RI President M.A.T. Caparas, a Filipino, has encouraged all Rotary Clubs in the Philippines to hold a children’s party every July. This year, the Club again chose the Bgy. Sooc Day Care Center in Arevalo.
When Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) hit the coastal villages of Sua and Tiabas, San Dionisio, Iloilo on November 8, 2013, the means of livelihood of the residents were destroyed. Almost all the boats were ruined and their meager seaweed farms were washed away. For this reason, the club adopted these villages.
